J’ai procrastiné, tâtonné et enfin décidé de lancer mon nouvel espace d’expression consacré au lyfestyle minimaliste. Mais ne voyez pas la procrastination comme un mal : elle permet de faire mûrir une idée sans être harcelé(e) par les sirènes de la productivité.
Si l’on n’est pas dans une urgence extrême (deadline impérative), alors la procrastination a du bon. Elle peut permettre de respecter un rythme intérieur parfois différent de celui du monde extérieur.
Dans ses 7 conseils pour lutter contre la procrastination , BPI France plaçait en deuxième position le fait de se fixer « des buts clairs et atteignables ». Ceci n’est pas en contradiction avec la procrastination. Pour ma part je préfère procrastiner et faire des sessions de travail courtes mais denses. L’essentiel pour moi n’est pas d’être à mon bureau mais de penser au préalable longuement, intérieurement à ce que je dois faire. Mes objectifs sont bien définis et l’important est d’arriver à les réaliser ce qui suppose une bonne organisation personnelle.
Alors j’arrête de procrastiner ou je continue à travailler à mon rythme en respectant mes engagements ?
